Be prepared

So you can have the Best Start to Breastfeeding!

Breastfeeding preparation sessions while you are pregnant are fantastic to educate you and help you build confidence for those first few hours, days and weeks after you have had the baby.

Childbirth can be an overwhelming time and having the knowledge and tools to know what to expect with breastfeeding is essential to getting off to the best start!

Your milk has all the nutritional requirements your baby needs for the first 6 months and getting off to the best start prevents many emotional and physical challenges.

Breastfeeding education in pregnancy is great for ALL new mothers BUT highly recommended highly for anyone who has had:

  • Previous breast surgery (including augmentation/reduction)
  • Flat/inverted nipples
  • Previous breastfeeding issues
  • Multiples
  • Hormonal issues
  • Diabetes

We provide 1 on 1 sessions in person (Perth) or via Telehealth.

Each session is individualised to your needs/wishes.
